Next Wednesday 26th February is Ash Wednesday and is a day of Fast and Abstinence and the beginning of the season of Lent . Ashes will be blessed and distributed during the 10 AM Mass on Wednesday in St Brigid’s Church. Blessed Ashes will be also be available throughout the day for people to take home.
